Meal Plan 9.30 thru 10.06

Breakfasts:

  • eggs
  • bacon
  • turkey bacon (last package – no mas!)
  • coconut flour pancakes/muffins
  • veggies or fruit
  • some combination of the above

Lunches:

  • burgers
  • grilled chicken breast
  • veggies
  • boiled eggs or egg salad
  • smoothies (for me)
  • leftovers (if any)

Dinners:

    Snacks:

    • cucumbers
    • fruit (apples, pears, raisins, prunes)
    • spoonful of almond butter (or peanut butter – we still have half a jar in the fridge we need to get rid of)
    • celery sticks with nut butter
    • carrots (fermented or fresh)
    • pickles
    • boiled eggs
